Pressure Control Unit is designed to control double pumps of Hi-Low system. Unloads low pressure pump when system pressure rises above the Unloader pressure. Relieves the High pressure pump when system pressure reaches the Relief valve setting. Solenoid unloading facility available as an option.

Two stage spool type relief vave.Low pressure over-ride due to larger flow area.Available in hand knob & set screw with lock nut for pressure regulation. Valves with internal drain can be converted into external drain.

Counter balance are seat type valves which offer free flow in one direction & leak free closure in opposite direction upto pre determined pressure.This pre determined pressure can be regulated within it.

Pressure Control Unit – PCU06-06

Designed to control double pumps of HI-Low system.
Unloads the low pressure pump when the system pressure rises above the unloader pressure
Relieves the high pressure pump when the system pressure reaches the relief valve setting.

When mounting the modular valves, use base plates and subplates specified below. If these base plates and the sub-plates are not used, ensure that the mounting surface has a good machined finish.

Modular valves are mounted using stud bolts which are supplied in a kit from. When mounting, see the following table for tightening torque. After the test run, be sure to tighten again to a firm tightness within the specified torque

This relief and flow control valve is an energy-saving valve that supplies the minimum pressure and flow necessary for actuator drive. Since this valve controls the pump pressure by following the load pressure while keeping the differential pressure minimized, it servers as a low power-consumption energy-saving, metre-in, controlled flow control valve. Further, since a temperature compensation function is incorporated, this valve provides consistent flow control irrespective of the fluid temperature.

Throttle Cum Check valve (Modular) – MTCV10

Double Throttle cum check,non pressure compensated,modular construction. Can be used as Metering-in or Metering-out devices.

Pilot operated seat type valves.Solenoid unloading,remote control,low pressure over-ride ,high flow handling are the main features. Available in both subplate mounting & threaded type.

APPLE Brand Solenoid Operated Relief Valves are a combination of relief valve and solenoid valve. Piping between the two is eleminated as the solenoid valves is directly mounted on the relief valve and connected with the relief valve vent. Pump pressure may be unloaded remotely by an electrical signal to the solenoid valve.
